6 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped gherkins
1 tbsp chopped capers
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 Salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tartare Sauce

  1. Chop gherkins, capers and herbs finely. Place into a mixing bowl with the mayonnaise, lemon and seasoning, combine thoroughly.

  2. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
