Recipe Ingredients for Homemade tapioca pudding

3 cups skim milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons tapioca, Minute brand
1 egg, large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Recipe Directions for Homemade tapioca pudding

  1. Whisk well beaten egg with milk, sugar and tapioca

  2. Allow to stand 5 minutes.

  3. Microwave about 9 minutes or until full boil, stirring every 3 min.

  4. Add extracts.

  5. Serve warm or refrigerate.
