Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Tandoori Chicken Marinade

1 T lemon juice
1/2 cup Total Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
2 t paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 t salt
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tandoori Chicken Marinade

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow glass pan and pour the marinade over the pieces, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1-8 hours, turning occasionally.

  3. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes. Discard any unused marinade.

  4. Serves 4.
