Recipe Ingredients for homemade stuffing

2 cup, diced Celery
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
8 tbsp Butter Blend Stick Regular
6 slice Bread
6 slice Bread
4 oz Croutons
1 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for homemade stuffing

dice onion and celery and soften in one stick of butter over medium flame while toasting diced bread slices to dry out (use stale bread if you have it) then combine bread with veges to absorb any liquified butter, salt and pepper to taste adding chicken stock to soften all the bread cubes adding croutons to flavor and consistency. stuff into cavity of bird and heat leftover stuffing in casserole dish while roasting the meat
