Delicious and nutritious stuffed bell peppers make the perfect family dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Stuffed Peppers

4 medium Green Bell Pepper
15 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1 serving Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Homemade Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cut pepper tops and remove seeds and stem.

  3. Boil water in a sauce pan and add peppers; boil approximately 10 mins. or until peppers are tender.

  4. Saute onion in skillet and season with desired spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)

  5. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

  6. Add in lean ground beef and cook until browned.

  7. Add in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.

  8. Place peppers in baking dish and fill with meat mixture.

  9. Top with diced tomatoes.

  10. At 375 degrees, bake 30 minutes.
