Recipe Ingredients for homemade stuff green peppers

2 pounds ground beef
3 large green peppers
1 cup rice
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic
48 oz. v8 juice

Recipe Directions for homemade stuff green peppers

mix beef, salt, pepper, garlic, and rice in bowl. Cut off tops of green peppers remove seeds. fill each pepper with mixture, and place in large soup pot. With left over beef make big balls and place around peppers. Pour v8 juice over top. Cook for 2-3 hours on stove top, pouring v8 juice over the top on peppers a couple of times while cooking.
