Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Spanish Rice & Beans

1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
2 cups Organic Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Spanish Rice & Beans

  1. Saute brown rice in Olive Oil

  2. Add Chicken Broth & Tomato Sauce

  3. Mix in Red Beans

  4. Mix in Cumin & salt to taste

  5. Bring to Boil about 8-10 minutes

  6. Reduce heat to low let simmer between 45 minutes to an hour until rice is cooked.
