Homemade spaghetti sauce from fresh tomatoes

1 Tomatoes, lemon juice, onions, garlic, herbs

Recipe Directions for Homemade spaghetti sauce

Peel, cut, squeeze, remove seeds from tomatoes. Boil down. Saute 1/2 cup onions and 1 clove minced garlic. Add to tomatoes. Add 2 tsp basil, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt (optional), 1 bay leaf and 1 tbs lemon juice. Cook to correct consistency.
