1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat)(313 g) Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
16 oz Tomato Sauce
16 oz Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
420 grams Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked

Recipe Directions for homemade spaghetti

  1. cook meats till browned with salt, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano and woestershire sauce., add mushrooms,tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. add seasonings again, cook till thickened.

  2. boil noodles till done.
