Using homegrown summer vegetables, and tomatoe sauce made from heirloom tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Spaghetti

4 oz lean ground beef
1/2 zucchini
1/2 onion
1 cup mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
4 oz tomatoe sauce
2 oz tomatoe paste
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 cup thin spaghetti
1 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Spaghetti

  1. use a juicer to remove seeds and skin from tomatoes, then boil down to 1/2 quantity over low heat (add oil, garlic salt to taste and 1 tblspoon olive oil)

  2. Brown meat in non stick pan, add vegetables, pour sauce over and simmer while the pasta is cooking. I put in 8 oz of meat and full size vegetables, then save 1/2 the recipe for another meal
