3 medium potatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
10 oz of frozen lima beans
28 oz of diced tomatoes

  1. Slowly cook beef in water until very tender, remove

  2. Cook diced potatoes and onion until soft
