Squash, zucchini, pablano, onion, and garlic chopped and stewed.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade soup 1

3/4 cup Delicata Squash
180 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving pablano pepper
2 clove Garlic
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade soup 1

Soften squash and zucchini by baking at 400 degrees in deep pan with 1 inch water. Chop pepper, onion, and garlic finely. Once squash and zucchini are soft, chop into 1 inch cubes. Add ingredients, including water used to back squash and zucchini in to pot. Add spices and let stew.
