A simple home shake and bake recipe for chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade shake and bake chicken

3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 cup of butter

Recipe Directions for Homemade shake and bake chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. Mix flour, salt, paprika, poultry seasoning, and pepper together in a bowl. Add chicken and coat with mixture.

  3. Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish in a pre heated oven.

  4. Place chicken in pan and bake 20 minutes.

  5. Flip chicken over and bake another 20 minutes.
