Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Sesame Crackers

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Sesame Crackers

  1. Stir together flour and sesame seeds.

  2. Mix in oil and water as much as possible, then knead dough in bowl until it is smooth.

  3. Divide into four parts. Roll each as thin as possible on a floured board. Place on cookie sheet.

  4. Score rectangles into the dough and prick each with a fork.

  5. Optional - lightly brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.

  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
