Cathy's homemade salsa, one 500 ml jar canned

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade salsa, one jar

2 c chopped red peppers
2 c chopped green peppers
2 large onions
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c ketchup
3 tbsp cornstarch
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
550 ml tomato paste
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
15 g fresh cilantro
8 c chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Homemade salsa, one jar

  1. puree vinegar and jalapeno peppers

  2. bring red and green peppers, mushrooms, onions and water to a boil

  3. reduce heat and add everything except chopped tomatoes

  4. add tomatoes

  5. put in jars and process for 25 minutes
