Recipe Ingredients for homemade rolls

6 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. yeast
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for homemade rolls

  1. Combine 1 C. warm water with yeast and 1/2 tsp. sugar. Let rise till doubled. In a seperate bowl combine flour, and sugar.

  2. Once yeast has risen add to flour, alone with another 1/2 C. water, vegetable oil and eggs. Combine well and kneed till soft dough. Let rise to double. Punch down and form into rolls.

  3. Bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown.
