Homemade roasted salsa! Yay! :P (Btw, this recipe only uses 1 Habanero Pepper, you may modify it depending on how hot you want this salsa to be!) (And the number of servings is approximate!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Roasted Red Salsa

4 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 cloves, raw Garlic
2 pepper Pepper, Serrano
1 serving Habanero Pepper (Raw)
1/2 medium raw Onion Red
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cube Bouillon Cubes Bouillon Cubes

Recipe Directions for Homemade Roasted Red Salsa

Heat up a pan. Put the 4 tomatoes, the half onion (cut in 4 parts), the garlic clove, and the orange habanero pepper in the DRY pan. Let them roast on one side, then flip them over. When the skin gets as roasted as you want (I usually let the skin get black, you'll know when the skin from the tomatoes starts to peel off by itself) pour the Tbsp of olive oil in the pan, and put a lid on the pan, quickly. Swirl the pan a little, just so the oil covers all of the bottom of the pan, so all the veggies get cooked. Turn the heat off, and remove the lid. Put the ingredients in the food processor, and add 1 of the chicken bouillon cubes. Pulse it just so the salsa is chunky and not liquid-y, (unless you want it liquid-y) and taste it. Season to taste and/or add the other bouillon cube (depending on how you like it). Enjoy!
