Recipe Ingredients for Homemade quesadillas without cheese

11 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
0.4 cup, chopped Onions
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
6 grams Garlic
5 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tsp Salt, Table
7 tortilla Fajita 6" Flour tortilla 48ct
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Homemade quesadillas without cheese

Fully cook chicken until tender. Add onions, green peppers, garlic, and salt. Stir in sour cream. In a separate skillet, heat with oil. place 2-3 table spoons of chicken mixture in flour tortilla, fold then place in hot oil. cook approximately 40-60 seconds on each side. Should be a nice golden brown. Serve warm with lime slices.
