Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Qeema - Curried Minced Mutton

500 g minced mutton
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup peas
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger
6 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Qeema - Curried Minced Mutton

  1. Lightly fry onion in oil. When translucent, add ginger-gralic paste. About a minute later, add mutton, tomato, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to taste.

  2. Add 1/2 cup water and pressure cook.

  3. After about 15 minutes, open pressure cooker, add peas and green peppers.

  4. Fry for 10 minutes on medium heat.

  5. Season to taste. Serve.
