no-bake protien bars using sugar free pudding mix

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade protien bars

1 1/2 c skim milk
200 g protien powder
3 c dry oats
40 g sugar free pudding

Recipe Directions for Homemade protien bars

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. add milk; mix unitl uniform consistency and all dry ingredients are absorbed.

  3. use ice cream scoop to measure onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with pam cooking spray; spray bottom of cup or 1 cup measure with cooking spray; flatten "bars"

  4. refridgerate until firm.

  5. (may need more or less milk depending on your protien powder)
