1 cup flax seed meal
3 tbsp oil
1/4 cup splenda
14 large egg whites
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup hot water
6 g sugar

Recipe Directions for Homemade Protein Bread (Sweet)

  1. Pre-heat oven 350 F

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, let stand for 3 minutes.

  3. Spray pan.

  4. Bake 35-40- minutes.
