Homemade protein bars using mainly whole foods. 224 g of powder = about 8 scoops.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Protein Bars

224 grams 100% Whey Protein Booster
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Oats
6 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Original

Recipe Directions for Homemade Protein Bars

  1. Mix protein powder and oats together.

  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and almond milk.

  3. Stir to combine ingredients, making sure dry ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

  4. Spray a 9x9 glass pan with nonstick spray. Spread protein mixture in an even layer over bottom of pan.

  5. Cover and freeze for 20-45 minutes, or until firm enough to slice.

  6. Slice into 8 even bars. Wrap bars individually with plastic wrap or wax paper and store in the freezer.
