Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Protein Bars

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.25 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
63 grams Shredded Coconut
63 grams Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
1/4 cup Raisins
125 grams The Decadent Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
4 serving BioX Xtreme Power Whey Complex - Rocky Road

Recipe Directions for Homemade Protein Bars

Mix everything but chocoalte. Spread into 8X8 foil lined pan. Pour melted choc over. Put in freezer for 2hrs. Cut into 12 squares. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
