Recipe Ingredients for homemade protein bars

151 grams flax seed
188 grams protein powder
496 grams bran flakes
510 grams peanut butter
100 grams honey
20 grams vanilla extract
25 grams salt
40 grams Cinnamon
1/2 ounce oil
4 ounces maple syrup
4 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cane sugar
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for homemade protein bars

  1. mix together everything but water and sugar

  2. make simple syrup with water and sugar

  3. press mixture into 1/4 sheet pan

  4. coat with simple syrup and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
