5T cocoa, 5scoops whey, 2/3c almond milk, 2.5c oats, 5.5tbls PB, 1/4tsp stevia.

5 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard
85.5 grams Pure Almond Almondmilk
2.5 cup Oats
2.75 serving Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter Crunchy
5 serving Kroger Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Recipe Directions for Homemade Protein Bar w/ PB

mix dry ingredients. put milk/PB in bowl, microwave for 1min to soften PB. Mix into firm ball. Should be slightly tacky, definitely not sticky. If too sticky, it won't set. Should be just beyond crumbles.. but still able to form into ball. Press into pam sprayed pan. Refrigerate, cut into 8bars.
