Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Potato Soup

6 pounds potatoes
1 pound carrots
1 pound celery
1 medium onion
16 ounces low fat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Homemade Potato Soup

Use one 5 pound bag potatoes, half bag celery and carrots and a whole medium onion. Bring to a boil together with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chicken buillon. After all ingredients have cooked for about an hour, stir in sour cream and add salt & pepper for taste.
