Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Potato Salad (Robert)

5 lb potato
21 oz mayonaise (Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
5 oz Dijon mustard (or French's Classic Yellow)
2/3 cup green onion
1/3 cup sweet pickle
4 tsp season salt (Tony Chachere's)
8 eggs

Recipe Directions for Homemade Potato Salad (Robert)

  1. Boil potatoes for about 30 minutes. Discard skin after potato is cooled. Cut potatoes into small cubes.

  2. Boil eggs for about 10 minutes. Discard shell and chop into pieces.

  3. Chop green onions and sweet pickles.

  4. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

  5. Serving size is approximately 1 cup.
