1 avocado
2 tomatoes
1 small onion
3/10 tsp salt
3/10 tsp pepper
1 organic egg

Recipe Directions for homemade potato salad

boil potatoes and egg until cooked. chop up tomatoes, avocados, and onions in a bowl. add some salt and pepper to taste. chop up egg potatoes when cooked and add to bowl. stir until well mixed. can be served hot or put in the fridge to cool.
