Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Potato Salad

10 potatoes
1 cup light Mayonnaise
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp pickle juice
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 cup chopped fresh celery
100 grams Pickles
100 grams onion
4 hard boiled eggs

Recipe Directions for Homemade Potato Salad

cube the potatoes. Boil the potatoes and the eggs for 15-20 minutes until soft but still slightly firm. Drain water. Let potatoes & eggs cool in the fridge while you make the sauce. In a bowl combine mayo, mustard, spices, sugar & pickle juice. Mix well. Chop onions, celery & pickles (I use bread & butter pickles). Also chop 1 egg. Combine all ingredients well. Level out the top. Lay on top the remaining 3 sliced eggs. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
