Homemade pot roast w/ baby carrots, onions, and potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pot roast

3 oz Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
1/2 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
1/2 cup slices Carrots
1 1 oz Onion (Yellow)
0.25 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Homemade pot roast

Place raw roast in crock pot, place desired amount of carrots (baby, chopped, or sliced per preference), idaho potatoes (washed, cut into 1" pieces w/ skin), and sliced onions (diced, cut, etc per preference) You can include the amount of veggies that you prefer or your crock pot allows. Add salt and pepper to preference. Fill with water to about 1/2"-3/4" below rim. Place lid on, set on low and let cook all day. I put this together at 6:30am and by the time I come home at 6pm, it is all perfectly tender and delicious!
