Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pork sausage

3 1/2 lb boston butt
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs sea salt
2 tbs ground pepper
1/4 cup sage
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Homemade pork sausage

  1. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and mix in all spices.

  2. Adjust spices for taste.

  3. Cover meat and spices with plastic wrap and let rest.

  4. Run meat through meat grinder and freeze in approx 1lb packages until ready to use.
