Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

8 oz Rogers Bread Flour "White Bread Flour"
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
9 grams Yeast
1 tbsp Olive Oil
11 serving (Morrisons) Chopped Tomatoes
11 tsp Sugars, Granulated
11 tsp Salt, Table
11 dash Pepper, Black
11 tsp Oregano, Ground
11 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza

  1. Boil the tomatoes in a pan. Add sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and oil and leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Leave to cool.

  2. Meanwhile, make the dough. Put the flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oil and yeast in a bowl. Add about a quarter of a pint of warm (NOT BOILING) water. Knead to make dough.

  3. Roll out the dough. Spread the tomato topping over the pizza and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 -20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
