1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 oz pepperoni
2 1/2 oz chicken
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza

Disslove yeast in 1 cup of very warm water. After yeast is dissolved, add sugar, salt, and olive oil. Add flours and mix with a spoon or stand mixer until dough comes together. Knead dough on lightly floured surface unitl soft and non sticky (about 5 minutes). Place dough in very lightly oiled bowl. Cover bowl and place in a warm place for about an hour. Preheat oven to 450. Place rack in the lowest position. If you have a pzza stone, place it in the oven now.Remove dough and divide in half. Roll out half and top with pizza sauce, meat of choice, and cheese. Season with basil if desired. Place pizza on stone or pizza pan and bake until cheese is melted and slightly brown about 10-12 minutes. Let pizza cool slightly before cutting. ***If you are using a stone, place a small amount of cornmeal on a flat board or pan. Once your dough is rolled out, put it on the cornmeal board and put on the toppings. Your pizza should slide off the board onto the stone. It makes a great pizzaria style pizza.
