Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza

2 cups water
2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp light cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza

  1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar, and let rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Add salt and olive oil, and flour. Knead until smooth.

  3. Allow to rise several hours, about 2 times the size.

  4. Grease pans with olive oil. Spread dough on pans, top with tomato sauce and cheeses. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is slightly golden.
