Could probably make healthier, if you tried... But homemade pizza (kind of french bread crust)

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp(6 g) Salt, Table
9 3/5 grams Yeast
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
15 oz Tomato Sauce
3 cloves, raw Garlic
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 large Mushrooms
4 4/5 grams Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
3 1/2 cup Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Add water (1.25 c) and oil and make crust; flatten on cookie sheet

  3. Mix sauce, garlic, and seasoning

  4. Spread on crust and add toppings and cheese

  5. Back for 20 - 25 minutes
