fresh mozzarella, canadian bacaon, and pineapple

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza

1 cup water
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tbs yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup tomato sauce
4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 oz. canadian bacon
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
1 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza

  1. make dough with first 6 ingrediants, use the rest for toppings

  2. bake at 425 for about 20 minutes
