Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

3 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tomato paste
5 tbsp water
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
200 g sliced ham
100 g pepperoni
100 g salami
100 g Deli Meat Summer Sausage
1 cup mushrooms
250 g cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza

  1. Dough: warm water, add yeast and sugar to water and let it sit for 5 minutes to proof.

  2. In a bowl, stir together flours and salt.

  3. Add water and oil to flour, stir until mixed, then knead until smooth.

  4. Cover and let rise until doubled, punch down, divide in two.

  5. Roll each ball into circle the size of your pizza pan.

  6. Toppings: mix tomato paste with 3 tbsp water to make a thinner sauce.

  7. Spread sauce over dough, and sprinkle with basil and oregano.

  8. Let dough rise for 10-20 minutes

  9. Slice mushrooms and fry for a few minutes to remove extra water.

  10. Grate cheese.

  11. Cover dough with meats and mushrooms, top with cheese

  12. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes, or until cooked
