Makes 2 cookie sheet sized pizzas.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

4 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Quick Rise Yeast (Red Star)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
340 grams Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture
12 oz Tomato paste
14 1/2 oz Italian Diced Tomatoes
45 grams Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
168 grams Italian Pork Sausage
150 grams Mushrooms
150 grams Yellow Onion

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add one pkg of yeast to warm water and let sit 5 min, add oil. Meanwhile, combine flour and salt. Beat at 2 on mixer with dough hook. Gradually add liquid to flour over 2 min. Beat 2 min longer. Grease bowl and place dough in bowl, cover with plastic wrap, let sit (20 min for thin crust, up to 60 for thick crust).

  3. While waiting, combine tomato paste and tomatoes, add small amount of sugar, oregano, garlic powder, onion salt, etc.

  4. Shred cheese and prep other toppings.

  5. Punch down dough and let rest 5 min.

  6. Roll dough as desired.

  7. Top with sauce.

  8. Top with 1/2 of shredded cheese.

  9. Add other toppings and cover with remaining cheese.

  10. Bake at 400-425 for 18-25 min or til crust begins to brown and sets.

  11. Cut one cookie sheet into 10 servings.
