Homemade pizza use turkey pepperoni

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza

1 cup flour
1/2 cup flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
2 tbs olive oil
1 cup pizza sauce
15 slices pepperoni
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza

  1. place four, baking powder, and salt into bowl

  2. make a well in the center and add water and oil

  3. combine gradually (may need to add more water)

  4. transfer dough to floured board and knead for 5-7 min

  5. let dough rest in air tight plastic bag while you prepare toppings

  6. roll out dough to preferred pizza size

  7. add toppings

  8. bake at 400 for 20 min
