Homemade Pizza Recipe

Makes 16 servings



1/2 whole wheat, 1/2 white crust. healthier than store bought.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

1 c. warm water
1 T active dry yeast
2 T Olive Oil
1 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
3 c. mozzarella cheese
52 g. pepperoni

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza

Stir water, sugar and yeast together to proof yeast. Add salt, oil or lecithin and flour. Mix in Bosch for 5 minutes. Let rise for 30 minutes or until dough has doubled in size. Roll out dough into pan or onto a pizza stone. If desired, brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle basil, thyme, Parmesan cheese or other seasonings on crust. Top with favorite pizza toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 425 oven.
