Pizza base made with half white flour and half wholewheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza

1 cup white flour
1 cup wholewheat flour
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups Mozzarella, Low Moisture, Part Skim, Shredded
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 hot pepper
1 (100g) sliced olives

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza

  1. Add the flour, salt, dried basil and 3/4 cups of water to yeast and sugar and 2 tbsp olive oil.

  2. Knead dough until elasticy.

  3. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

  4. Add toppings and sauce.

  5. Bake in a very hot oven for 10 minutes
