Homemade pizza dough and fresh toppings

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza

3 cups flour
2 tbsp corn meal
1 pkg yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tsp salt
1 dash sugar
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
4 oz pepperoni
6 oz mozzerella cheese
1 tbsp parmasan cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza

  1. disolve yeast into warm water, let sit 10 minutes

  2. Add flour, corn meal, salt and sugar

  3. Knead 2 minutes until dough comes away from side of bowl

  4. Let rise 1 hour

  5. Lunch down, let rise another hour

  6. Roll out in two 12 circles, about 1/4 thick

  7. Bake in 500 degree oven, 5 minutes

  8. Let cool slightly

  9. Top with remaining ingredients

  10. Bake at 450, 10-15 minutes

  11. Cool on rack before cutting
