Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza dough and sauce & toppings

2 1/2 cups flour
1 package yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
4 ounces tomato sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
3 ounces pepperoni
2 green peppers
1/2 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza dough and sauce & toppings

Mix first 5 ingredients together, plus 1 tsp salt. Mix together to a smooth dough. Stretch out into pan. Then mix tomato sauce in with herbs. Pour over dough. Oven set to 425. Add toppings to the pizza. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
