Basic dough for making your own pizzas.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza Dough

1 teaspoon yeast
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza Dough

  1. Combine yeast, flour and salt in the container of a food processor. turn the machine on and add 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons of oil through the feed tube.

  2. Process until mixture forms a ball. Knead the dough by hand for a few seconds. Grease a bowl by hand with remaining olive oil. Place dough in, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm area for at least an hour - more time is fine.

  3. Divide into 3 equal size balls. Spread, put on toppings and bake in 500F degree oven for 10 minutes.
