Makes 4 small pizza's One serving is one small pizza that has 4 slices in it.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza dough

1 cup warm water
1 tbs sugar
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
3 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza dough

  1. Mix it all up in Mixer with bread hook

  2. kneed into a ball and let rise in oiled bowl with plastic wrap over it for One of two hours.

  3. Punch it down and cut it into 4 equal size ball.

  4. Let those guys rise on an oiled baken sheet for another hour.

  5. Then roll um out and bake on two baking sheets 425

  6. 4 mins. then put on what ever topping Ya like and bake another 4 mins or so.
