This is a recipe i found in Cook's magazine. It is great with white flour or whole wheat.

Recipe Ingredients for homemade pizza dough

1 cup water
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for homemade pizza dough

prepare yeast with warm water, yeast and sugar. Once it has risen add the flour and oil and knead until elastic. Set in a bowl in a warm place and let rise for an hour. Take dough from bowl, knead again and roll onto pizza pans. Prepare pizza and cook at 425 F for 15-20 minutes, depending on the toppings.
