Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pizza Crust

1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pizza Crust

Mix 1/4 warm water and 1/4 of flour with yeast. Cover and allow to proof for 30 minutes. Stir down sponge and add remaining ingredients (garlic powder to taste). Kmead on lightly floured surface for 10 minutes. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in fridge for later use or use right away. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface and place on pizza stone or large baking sheet. Apply toppings as desired. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
