Homemade pizza crust that you can add whatever toppings you want to it.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pizza crust

2 3/4 c water
1 1/2 T yeast
1 1/2 T kosher salt
1 T sugar
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
6 1/2 c all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Homemade pizza crust

  1. Mix yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil with the water in a container.

  2. Mix in flour with a spoon/hands. Do not knead.

  3. Cover (not airtight) and rest at room temp for 2 hours.

  4. Then store in fridge for up to a week.
