Recipe Ingredients for homemade pizza crust

3 1/2 c flour
3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 c water
1 pkg yeast

Recipe Directions for homemade pizza crust

dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Add salt, oil, and 2 1/2 cups flour in stand mixer at setting #2. mix for 2 minutes. add up to 1 1/2 more cups of flour, kneading for 4 mins longer. Rise for 1 hour. punch down and roll out for pizza. Add favorite toppings. Bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes.
