210 g wheat flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade pita bread

  1. Mix all and live to raise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Shape and live for more 20 minutes to rest.

  2. Bake at 170 C for 20 minutes or until golden
